I am amazed that you could get the colors to work so well in this murky light.

Terrific shot Zeb, lovely composition with the other ship and crane in the background.
Zebigleb: Thank you, it is a lucky shot !
A most colorful image - I would not have imagined so many shades on something as utilitarian as a cargo ship.
Zebigleb: I shouldn't too ! Thank you for stopping by smile

How something this rustic and utilitarian can be so beautiful is beyond me, Zeb. But it is! The muted colors against that sky make it look like this is a dream out in the middle of nowhere.
Zebigleb: Thank you for this nice comment Ginnie smile
Great photograph! Fantastic colour and clarity, despite the obvious misty conditons. I am highly intrigued by the little red boat(?) sat in the blue cradle. Is it a lifeboat, do you think? (:o)
Zebigleb: I think it's a lifeboat too ! thank you for stopping by once again Rosalyn smile

Super photograph Zeb, although the focus does seem a touch soft - that could be my dirty spectacles or my monitor grin Many regards, Neil.
Zebigleb: In fact it is due to very foggy weather smile Let your screen and spectacles like that smile

Your title should have been 'No cargo' - this ship is not loaded.

That thing at the back looks like a mini-submarine. So maybe it is a flowting lab.

Great picture of this old floater.
Zebigleb: Thank you Louis, I think that's the little red one is a rescue boat !
Great shot. I like the unusual colours
Zebigleb: Merci Richard smile

Now that's the sky I remember in Mumbai - a kind of permanent brown grey. I really suits the colours of the boat, making them shine. Good shot.
Zebigleb: Thank you so much for this kind comment smile
I still can't work out how you get this special colour. My wife just walked in and thought this is great as well. Magnifique Mon Ami!!smile
Zebigleb: Thank you to you and your wife smile

WOW Zeb, they are getting better, I mean both pictures and boats, even the little sub is ready for take off, LOVE IT smile
Zebigleb: Glad to read that Astrid smile
Great looking picture Zeb, the floating crane in the background looks just like the Mersey Mammoth that we see in theRiver Mersey now and then.
Zebigleb: smile smile smile
Good taking, Zebigleb! The boat or red submarine in the stern of the boat calls the attention to me!
Zebigleb: I think it's a little rescue boat ! Thank you for your complete visit my friend !
Nice work Zeb!
Zebigleb: Thank you Chacha smile

Oops, it looks a bit down by the stern, I hope they sort out the ballast before they go anywhere!
Zebigleb: smile smile smile Hope too !
I'm enjoying these nautical shots. I like the sculptural qualities of this ship. It's not just the colours, it's the hard-edged engineered forms.
Zebigleb: A very nice comment once again my friend ! Thank you smile

I looked, and I looked, and I looked (there is so much to look at in this colourful boat) and finally I found it: the man in the boat... (I'm certain it is "Dirty Feet"...
Zebigleb: You've a nice view my dear friend smile
Thank you my friend for the link smile

I especially like the way you have got the crane in the background....nice way of picking up the subject in the surroundings...
Zebigleb: A so kind comment as usual - Thank you !!
